Shipping and payment process
The quotation states the commercial terms for each order. The standard catalog reference is EXW Guangzhou unless the written quotation states otherwise.
Commercial terms
- Prices are shown as EXW Guangzhou references
- Freight, insurance, taxes and destination charges are quoted separately
- Stock and lead time are confirmed against the final quantity
- Payment details are issued through the approved quotation or invoice
Dispatch documents
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Transport document and tracking information where applicable
- Available batch documents agreed with the order
- Final recipient and address confirmed before dispatch
Destination responsibility
- Buyers confirm import and possession requirements
- Customs classification is confirmed for the actual shipment
- Clearance outcomes are not guaranteed
- Any account change requires independent verification
